VAM publishes
a bi-monthly newsletter aimed at the voluntary sector in Manchester. VAM
News has articles on current issues affecting the voluntary sector, information
on funding, training, events and resources. VAM also encourages voluntary
and community groups in Manchester to use the newsletter as a means of
distributing information about their work, advertising events and so on.
PLEASE NOTE: At present there are no plans
to produce another edition of VAM News, but we hope to be able to produce
one later in the year. Please check back for more information.

Join the mailing list and be sent VAM News every 2 months
The newsletter is
sent to over 1500 voluntary groups in Manchester. If you represent a voluntary
or community group based in the city of Manchester, you can join VAM's
mailing list and be sent VAM News every 2 months.
When you join the
mailing list, you can choose to have it posted to you, or to have a large
print electronic version sent to you in Rich Text Format, which you will
need a word processing package such as Microsoft Word to read. To join
the mailing list, or to update your name and address information on the
mailing list get in touch with the information
team , or fill in the online form.
If you are from a
statutory or commercial organisation, or you are from a group outside
of Manchester, you can read our newsletter
here on our website.
Use VAM News to
promote your group, events or to share news
If you would like to include an article in
the newsletter, please get in touch
with the Information team. We'll try to put in your entire article,
but we reserve the right to edit where necessary. If you would like to
include a flyer, this needs to be arranged in advance. Please contact

for help with this.
The cost of including
a flyer is on a sliding scale:
£20 to unfunded voluntary organisations
£40 funded voluntary organisations
£60 statutory organisations
£120 commercial companies
VAM members receive an annual allocation
of free flyers in VAM news.

We accept a maximum of 12 external flyers
per issue.

for free from the Adobe
